Snap Dragon in Burnsville

Ate here for the first time today. Wonderful lunch of pastrami on rye, potato salad with their homemade apple pie a'la mode. Will definitely be back!! Staff is efficiently coordinated, well trained and friendly. Neatly situated at the town square in Burnsville, NC it boasts nice view and both indoor and outdoor dining. Exceptionally clean with a North Carolina Public Health score of 99.99%.This is truly a little gem!

Excellent food and spirits.

Really disappointed in our experience here. We went simple: Pastrami and Nachos for 2. The Pastrami was probably the laziest sandwich I've ever seen. Store bought bread. Store bought meat that was dry and old. That's it. No cheese. No dressing. No coleslaw... Just meat and bread. I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Bread, meat, and a pickle for $8. Sorry excuse for a sandwich. Then the nachos came out. Disgusting. Canned cheese, canned jalapenos, and bland, boring taco meat over store bought chips. Stars are for setting and service. No complaints there. Save yourself $20 and make something at home. I will never suggest this place to anybody.

Small and cozy spot on the square in Burnsville, NC. You won't be disappointed if you make plans to visit here. If it's nice out you can even take advantage of the outdoor seating. Which is nearly as big as their indoor dining area. The food is top notch anytime, all the time.

Reliable lunch spot in downtown. It's consistent quality, great staff and some good specials. I don't think the menu has changed in years, but it's solid and you know exactly what you're getting. Again, GREAT staff. Nicest servers in town.

This was the second time I have stopped here for lunch while passing through the area. The food and service were very good. Some of their outdoor seating is covered, while other outdoor seating is under a canopy of trees and other plants.

They feed our Basketball Team for half our home games! Sandwiches are amazing, service is even better. Dine in for an amazing experience

Extremely competitive pricing for good food with decent serving sizes. On nice days you can enjoy the beautiful outdoor area or connected bar (the snapdragon)

Great lunch. It is one of the classier places in Burnsville. Everyone is friendly and the food has always been correct for me. Never had to wait for a refill on my drink either. Highly recommend.

The food and the atmosphere are great. I rated it a bit lower for 2 reasons. The bill with no total was handed to us with our meal without the waitress asking if we wanted dessert. It felt like we were being rushed out. Also, only cash was accepted. We don't recall seeing signage.

Disappointing experience. The southwestern chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless. The peppers, unions and chicken were as if they came from a frozen prepackaged TV dinner. By the time we left I was already having a reaction to the MSG, and my wife was having cramps from the barbecue. $20 for two sandwiches and we both left feeling sick.
